Role  Summary:

As a Reseller Intern, you will work closely with our reseller partners to help them support schools using our platform. Your main job is to guide, train, and assist these resellers so they can independently onboard and support schools in their area. You will act as a link between the company and the resellers, making sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Training:
  • Help resellers understand and use the platform effectively.
  • Conduct training and follow-ups to build their confidence.
  • Solve or escalate technical and support-related issues.
     
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Keep track of reseller performance and client feedback.
  • Maintain records of visits, training, and support provided.
  • Share monthly updates with the team.
     
• Onboarding & Updates:
  • Support new resellers in getting started with the platform.
  • Share updates and best practices through sessions or materials.
     
• Feedback & Communication:
  • Gather feedback from resellers and schools.
  • Share ideas for improvement with the internal team.
  • Build strong relationships with resellers and ensure service quality.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Education, or related field).
• Good communication in both English and Nepali.
• Basic understanding of mobile/web platforms and tools.
• Willing to travel for trainings and support visits.
• Responsible, organized, and a good team player.
