<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>

<ul>
	<li>Understanding, diagnosing and solving client queries and issues</li>
	<li>Collecting timely and accurate customer feedback</li>
	<li>Providing training to clients</li>
	<li>Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved</li>
	<li>Supporting the roll-out of new features</li>
	<li>Providing support in the form of procedural documentation</li>
	<li>Documenting and reporting cases to senior-level if required</li>
	<li>Visiting clients and troubleshooting issues</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Customer Support:</strong>&nbsp;</h2>

<ul>
	<li>Respond to customer queries via various channels viz: email, chat, phone and provide solutions to technical issues related to Veda App.</li>
	<li>Guide clients through a step by step solutions and troubleshoot software issues, and coordinate with Development team&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Document records of customer interactions , issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system</li>
	<li>Assist in onboarding new clients for seamless execution of Veda App</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Stay up to date with product knowledge, new features, system update and assist clients accordingly.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Collaboration:</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Collaborate with different departments and team members to improve clients experience and improve Veda App&rsquo;s functionality&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Requirements:</strong></h2>

<ul>
	<li>Proficiency in using MS Word, Ms. PowerPoint, and MS Excel</li>
	<li>Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills</li>
	<li>Enrolled in Bachelor&rsquo;s or completed.</li>
	<li>Must possess driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle</li>
</ul>
