Veda organized an engaging and impactful webinar titled "Reimagining Education," aimed at school founders and principals on July 13, 2024. The event was designed to provide valuable insights into setting core values, purpose, mission, and vision for educational institutions, as well as effective work prioritization and delegation techniques.

The Speaker Lineup

The webinar was opened by our Director of Growth, Mohini Shrestha Pradhan, who set the stage with an inspiring introduction. Following her, Mr. Pravigya Regmi, Principal at New Millennium School, delivered an insightful session on instructional leadership. He emphasized the importance of empowering teachers, who in turn should empower students, creating a ripple effect of leadership within the school community.

Next, Avinash Mishra, Veda's Creative Content and Education Outreach Lead, conducted a hands-on workshop on setting core values, purpose, mission, and vision. This interactive segment provided participants with practical tools and techniques to implement in their own schools.

Romash Shrestha, our Global Outreach Specialist, then took the floor to discuss the necessity of digitization in education. He highlighted how modern technology can transform educational environments, making them more efficient and effective.

Interactive Q&A Session

The webinar concluded with a dynamic 20-minute Q&A session, facilitated by our co-founders Sanjan Piya (COO) and Sujit Pathak (MD). This session was a highlight, with 31 insightful questions from the audience, reflecting the deep engagement and interest from participants.

Impressive Participation

The webinar saw an impressive turnout with 104 attendees, out of which 88 actively participated in the workshop. The level of interaction and the quality of questions received during the Q&A session demonstrated the value and relevance of the topics covered.
